La Agencia Gubernamental de Control de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires clausuró un local en el barrio de Almagro en el que fabricaban tinturas para cueros.
Los inspectores se hicieron presentes en el local ubicado en Venezuela al 3.700 y detectaron que estaba contactado con otras dos propiedades que no tenían habilitación. En una de ellas había un depósito de material inflamable que carecía de las medidas de seguridad necesarias y otro depósito de bebidas.
Entre las faltas de seguridad detectadas había cables expuestos, faltaban luces de emergencia y estaba muy sucio. Por eso la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control de la AGC decidió clausurar el local.
Además, la Dirección General de Protección del Trabajo labró un acta de clausura porque había 10 personas trabajando en condiciones insalubres. La justicia, en tanto, ordenó el decomiso de la mercadería.
“No podemos permitir que este tipo de comerciante inescrupulosos pongan en riesgo a los trabajadores y los vecinos”, indicó el director ejecutivo de la AGC, Ricardo Pedace. Y pidió a los vecinos que denuncien estas situaciones llamando al 147.
