Carlitos recibió un merecido reconocimiento de parte de la Secretaría de Turismo de la Nación, que conduce Gustavo Santos y del Senado de la Provincia de Buenos Aires que preside el vicegobernador Daniel Salvador.
En un hermoso acto, del que tomaron parte cientos de turistas y marplatenses que disfrutaban de la jornada de playa en el Balneario Mar del Playa/ La Reina, el popular humorista recibió el cariño de la gente, donde se destacó especialmente un público de “+50” que creció con “El Chupetómetro” y “Un gestido de idea”.
Balá que llegó acompañado por su esposa, hija y nieta, recibió innumerables muestras de cariños de quienes alertados por su presencia se movilizaron al lugar del evento, celulares en mano para grabar el cálido acontecimiento, tanto por los grandes como por los más bajitos.

El cierre fue con el público de pie cantando junto a Carlitos el clásico “Aquí llegó Balá” que arrancó lágrimas en varios de los “+50”, y que llenó de emoción al creador de frases como “¿Qué gusto tiene la sal?”, “Un kilo y dos pancitos”, “¿Mamá, cuándo nos vamo’ ?”, y “Ea-ea-ea pe-pé”, entre otras.
