El Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires notificó a la Defensoría del Pueblo la decisión de suspender la resolución N° 4055-2018 que daba de baja el plan de estudios de 14 escuelas comerciales nocturnas.
La decisión tomada por el Ejecutivo porteño se da en el marco de la mediación convocada por el Defensor, Alejandro Amor, el 4 de enero, en la cual ambas partes – el Ministerio de Educación de la Ciudad y los gremios docentes- establecieron una mesa de diálogo para llegar a una resolución del conflicto.

A partir de este momento, se dará apertura a las inscripciones de los institutos suspendidos y se crea una mesa permanente de trabajo que estará integrada por las partes y la Defensoría y se ocupará durante todo el año de realizar un seguimiento de los temas educativos de la Ciudad
