(CABA) Luego de que se conociera la elevada cifra de la inflación de marzo, el presidente Mauricio Macri suspendió la gira que tenía previsto realizar por París y Bruselas. Este miércoles, el Gobierno dio a conocer las medidas que tomará para amortiguar el impacto de la inflación y estimular el consumo.
Según el texto que se difundió desde la Casa Rosada, el paquete incluye el congelamiento de las tarifas de los servicios públicos y un acuerdo con empresas que comercializan productos de primera línea para garantizar que “60 productos esenciales de la canasta básica mantengan sus precios durante al menos seis meses”.

“Las empresas se comprometen a asegurar disponibilidad de los productos en góndola en los 2.500 puntos de venta adheridos de todo el país. Estarán disponibles a partir del lunes 22 de abril”, se indicó.
Por otra parte, el Gobierno Nacional no dispondrá más aumentos de tarifas de electricidad, gas y transporte público para las familias en lo que resta de año.
Al respecto, se indicó que en cuanto a la electricidad residencial no habrá nuevos aumentos porque los dos incrementos anunciados para el resto de 2019 serán absorbidos por el Estado Nacional.

En el caso del gas, el aumento aplicado desde abril y escalonado en tres meses (10% en abril, 9% en mayo y 8% en junio) es el último del año.
Se informó que además, durante los meses de invierno habrá un descuento del 22% en el precio del gas, que los usuarios pagarán en las facturas de los meses de verano, los de menor consumo. Esto permitirá “aplanar” la factura final entre los meses de invierno y verano. El costo de postergar estos pagos será absorbido por el Estado Nacional.
Tampoco habrá más aumento en los colectivos y trenes metropolitanos por el resto del año, lo mismo que sucederá con los peajes que dependen del Gobierno Nacional.
A su vez, las operadoras aceptaron mantener el precio de la telefonía celular de las líneas prepagas durante cinco meses, hasta el 15 de septiembre. NR
