Tres personas de origen colombiano fueron detenidas este viernes por la Policía de la Ciudad acusadas de robar un local de ropa en el barrio porteño de Caballito. Según consta en la denuncia, una pareja ingresó con una nena de 3 años en brazos a un negocio y se llevó varias prendas de vestir. Afuera los esperaba otro cómplice.
Luego cometer el delito huyeron intentando atropellar a un efectivo de seguridad. Finalmente fueron detenidos tras una persecución de varias cuadras.
Un efectivo de la comisaría comunal 6 B de la Policía de la Ciudad fue alertado por la encargada del local de ropa “El Cardón”, ubicado en José María Moreno al 100, sobre una mujer y un hombre con una nena en brazos que minutos antes habían ingresado al negocio haciéndose pasar por clientes y que aprovechando un descuido se llevaron varias prendas de vestir.
El uniformado le dio la voz de alto a los delincuentes pero estos hicieron caso omiso, se subieron a un auto donde los estaba esperando un cómplice y huyeron. De hecho, intentaron atropellar al policía.
Tras enviar una alerta radial, distintos móviles de la zona pusieron en marcha un operativo cerrojo y a las pocas cuadras el Renault Kwid en el que huían los asaltantes fue detenido (en la calle Yerbal al 700). Los tres colombianos se resistieron pero finalmente fueron arrestados.
Inmediatamente la policía puso en resguardo a la menor de 3 años y revisó el vehículo en el que se encontró la mercadería robada.
Las tres personas de origen colombiano -dos hombres de 32 y 25 años, y una mujer de 18- quedaron a disposición de la Justicia acusados de “atentado y resistencia a la autoridad”. Por otra parte la nena fue entregada a un familiar. La Fiscalía Criminal 58 quedó a cargo de la causa.
