El ataque del que quedó registro ocurrió el domingo en la casa de Lanús que habían ocupado Serena Monique Vazquez y Christopher Filipini. La madre de Filipini encontró a la beba herida y la llevó al hospital vecinal, donde le encontraron múltiples hematomas y fracturas.
Según fuentes, la mujer contó que su hijo y su nuera tienen problemas de adicción. Ella había encontrado a la beba en ese estado pero no sabía qué había ocurrido.
La fiscal Mariela Bonafini, a cargo de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 4 descentralizada en Lanús, dispuso la aprehensión de los padres de la niña, ambos mayores de edad, que quedaron imputados por “homicidio calificado por el vínculo en grado de tentativa”.

La beba quedó internada en el hospital Sor Ludovica de La Plata, al que fue derivada por los golpes recibidos.
“Desde el municipio estamos iniciando gestiones ante la fiscalía para que le de intervención a la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones para que deporten a esta pareja de norteamericanos que representan un peligro para toda la sociedad y le hemos dado intervención a nuestro equipo de Niñez municipal para que ayuden a la niña”, dijo Diego Kravetz, jefe de gabinete de Lanús.
