Hasta el 15 de marzo está abierta la inscripción a los más de 1600 talleres que ofrece el Programa Cultural en Barrios y el Circuito de Espacios Culturales el Ministerio de Cultura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Si el cupo de los talleres se completara antes, se abrirá una lista de espera. Como novedad este año se suma el método de inscripción online. El objetivo es facilitar la llegada a más vecinos.
