“Creo que Horacio (Rodríguez Larreta) ha hecho un muy buen resumen de la gestión del año pasado, de las obras que se realizaron, de las modificaciones legislativas que se llevaron a cabo y de la coordinación entre los dos poderes, Ejecutivo y Legislativo. Teniendo presente un año electoral, creemos que va a ser rico en cuanto al debate y una definición no solo para la Ciudad de Buenos Aires sino para el país. Sobre sus proyectos, aseguró que “la Comisión de Justicia el año pasado ha tenido mucho trabajo. Yo estimo que este año vamos a avanzar con alguna modificación vinculada con la Ley de Faltas. Y, por supuesto, hacer una evaluación de las modificaciones legislativas que pasaron por la Comisión, por si hace falta reformar algún artículo que no ha funcionado como aspirábamos o con las observaciones de los jueces”.

Al ser consultado si la justicia va a llegar a los barrios y ser más cercana a los vecinos, el legislador aseguró que están trabajando en ello. “La Ciudad es compleja en el sentido de Justicia. Tenés tres justicias: la Federal, la Ordinaria y la Local. La Constitución de la Ciudad dice que tiene que haber justicia vecinal. Hacia ese camino nosotros queremos avanzar.
