Los integrantes de la AAT y los pasajeros del Tramway Histórico lo homenajearon a 37 años de aquel histórico día.
Aquilino González Podestá, presidente emérito de la institución, junto con otro de los fundadores, Eduardo Truffa, entregaron a Franklin un Diploma alusivo a la ocasión.
