En el video, filmado por vecinos de otro edificio que advirtieron la peligrosa situación, se puede ver como un hombre sostiene de ambas manos a la beba para que camine por el borde de ese balcón mientras la mujer toma fotos y la filma con su teléfono celular.
La menor parece estar dando sus primeros pasos y hasta trastabilla en su camino sobre la cornisa, en el contrafrente del edificio sobre la calle Hidalgo al 40. A pesar de que los vecinos aseguran que hay una red de contención bajo el balcón, la peligrosidad de la maniobra generó pánico.
La Policía de la Ciudad se encuentra en este momento trabajando en el departamento de la familia.
