(CABA) Charly García fue citado a declaración indagatoria para que declare sobre un accidente automovilístico en el que fueron atropelladas varias personas (que iban en una moto) con un auto que era de su propiedad. El cantante está imputado por encubrimiento y falsa denuncia.
El episodio se produjo cuando Johnny Yin Huaraca García atropelló y lastimó a dos personas con el automóvil de Charly, dándose a la fuga inmediatamente. Cuatro días después fue detenido y procesado. No obstante, en la actualidad, el hombre, que además tiene un pedido de captura por tráfico de estupefacientes, está prófugo.

Si bien está probado que Charly no manejaba ni iba en el auto en el momento del accidente, extrañamente recién habría hecho la denuncia del robo del vehículo dos meses después del accidente. En ese sentido, la Justicia quiere saber por qué Johnny Yin tenía las llaves del auto. “Hace años que Charly no maneja. Además a la casa de él entra todo el mundo, así que alguien entró, agarró las llaves y se llevó el auto”, sostienen en el entorno del ex Serú Giran.
Rafael Cúneo Libarona, abogado del músico, habló en El Disparador, el ciclo radial que conducen Maximiliano Sardi y Josefina Pouso por FM Delta 90.3. “En el 2017 hubo un accidente, donde una persona que manejaba el auto de Charly García choca a moto y le genera lesiones a dos personas que iban en una moto. Se hacen las pericias de rigor, mandan al SAME a las personas lesionadas, y son internadas en el hospital. Quien conducía el auto de Charly García, es un peruano al que no se le toman mayores datos”, explicó el letrado.

“Charly García no estaba en el vehículo, y no sabía dónde estaba su auto. Él hace una denuncia y tres meses después, sin saber que este accidente ocurría, recibe una multa y no sabía ni que tenía el auto, lo había olvidado, ya que de 2008 a 2016, estuvo internado”, agregó Cúnea Libarona en El Disparador. “Se inicia la investigación que había ocurrido hace tres meses. Al momento de la aprehensión donde sucede el hecho, no le toman mayores datos al peruano, lo dejan ir en libertad. Ya había sido procesado por narcotráfico, y dos días después de ese episodio fue condenado a cuatro año de prisión. Hoy está prófugo y no se presentó a la Justicia para declarar”.
