(CABA) La Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (Anmat) prohibió la comercialización y el uso de unas toallitas húmedas para bebés y la distribución en todo el territorio nacional de una marca de productos médicos. Ambas medidas fueron publicadas este martes en el Boletín Oficial.

Según la Disposición 4603/2019, los productos «Clin Off Toallitas húmedas Babies Aloe Vera«y «Clin Off Toallitas húmedas Babies clásicas«, elaborados por la firma Clinoff, no contaban con datos de inscripción sanitaria ni con información sobre el responsable de la comercialización. «Como se desconoce su origen no puede garantizarse la calidad y la seguridad de uso en el público infantil al cual están dirigidos», indicó la Anmat.

En tanto, en la Disposición 4604/2019 se prohibió el uso, la comercialización y la distribución en todo el territorio nacional de todos los productos médicos de titularidad de la firma Ningbo Cibei Medical Treatment Appliance Co., Ltd, «hasta tanto se encuentren inscriptos en el Registro de Productores y Productos de Tecnología Médica de esta Administración».
La medida es porque los productos correspondientes a «tornillos autoperforantes para huesos utilizados en cirugía maxilo-facial en humanos» y placas para hueso utilizadas en cirugía maxilofacial en humanos» no cuentan con los datos del importador responsable en la Argentina. NR
