(CABA) La Justicia porteña imputó a 43 padres de los chicos que protagonizaron tomas de colegios en la Ciudad en 2018. La decisión fue de la fiscalía 31, a cargo de Carlos Rolero Santurian, que consideró que los adultos fueron responsables al no haber impedido las medidas de fuerza.

A partir de ahora, el fiscal comenzará a citar a los padres a declarar. Se trata de ocho casos distintos, que ocurrieron durante el año pasado en diferentes establecimientos: Escuela Superior de Educación Artística en Artes Visuales “Rogelio Yrurtia”, Escuela Normal Superior N°1 “Presidente Roque Saenz Peña”, Escuela Normal Superior N°6 “Vicente López y Planes”, Mariano Moreno, Escuela Técnica de Jardinería Cristóbal M. Hicken y Escuela Normal Superior N° 5 “Martín Miguel de Güemes”.
Aunque por el momento se los imputa por una contravención, ya que los adolescentes impidieron el ingreso o salida de un lugar público, en algunos escenarios podría cambiar la figura penal.
La fiscalía consideró que los adultos son responsables de las acciones de sus hijos. Y, a través de esta acción judicial, el Gobierno porteño buscará sentar un precedente para evitar futuras tomas.

Los padres están citados a declarar a partir de fines de marzo. Al ser una denuncia por una contravención, no tienen pena de arresto. Y en caso de ser considerados culpables deberán realizar trabajo comunitario y pagar una multa de hasta dos mil pesos. El proceso podría demorarse seis meses hasta llegar a juicio, en donde se definirá la pulseada.
Consultado por TN, el jefe de Gabinete de la Ciudad, Felipe Miguel, aseguró que están expectantes por la resolución judicial. “Tomar una escuela está mal, eso no es manifestarse, es cortarle el derecho a sus compañeros a educarse. Cuando un menor toma una actitud como esta, hay un padre detrás”, expresó el funcionario.
A su vez, Miguel resaltó que esperan que este precedente “sirve para reflexionar mejor” antes de tomar una medida de este estilo. “El diálogo siempre está abierto“, aseveró. NR
