Tenían en el interior de una mochila 16 envoltorios con marihuana listos para su comercialización. Uno de los detenidos es ciudadano neozelandés.
Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 6A de la Policía de la Ciudad se encontraba realizando tareas de despliegue territorial por el Parque Centenario cuando observó a 3 sujetos sobre la avenida Patricias Argentinas al 500 que guardaban envoltorios en el interior de una mochila, por lo que decidieron acercarse para identificarlos.
Al percibir la presencia policial, uno de los delincuentes escapó a la carrera y fue detenido en la esquina de avenida Ángel Gallardo y Marechal.
Finalmente los 3 delincuentes, de 21, 22 y 25 años de edad, fueron requisados e identificados frente a la presencia de testigos.
Como resultado de las actuaciones policiales se secuestró una mochila que tenía en su interior 17 envoltorios con picadura de marihuana por un total de 175 gramos.
Por orden de de la Fiscalía Contravencional Nº 24 a cargo del Dr. Pagano Mata, se decidió el traslado de los detenidos, uno de los cuales es de nacionalidad neozelandesa, a la alcaidía de la Policía de la Ciudad imputados por infracción a las leyes 23737, conocida como “ley de drogas”.
