Las empresas Edenor y Edesur, que prestan el servicio eléctrico a la ciudad de Buenos Aires, explicaron los motivos del masivo apagón que tuvo lugar en diferentes barrios porteños minutos después de las 18.
“Por un incendio en nuestra subestación Morón, se produjo un corte en alta tensión que afecta la zona norte de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y parte de La Matanza. Estamos trabajando para reponer a los afectados.
Disculpen las molestias”, explicó la empresa Edenor en un comunicado publicado en sus redes sociales.
Edesur siguió la misma línea y a través de su cuenta de Twitter emitió un comunicado oficial. “Una falla externa a nuestra red afecta el suministro eléctrico de Villa del Parque, Devoto, Villa Crespo, Santa Rita, Caballito y Almagro”, indicaron.
Los barrios más afectados por el apagón en la ciudad fueron Almagro, Caballito, Floresta, La Paternal, Belgrano, Chacarita, Coghlan, Colegiales, Núñez y Palermo.
En la provincia de Buenos Aires y el Conurbano, las localidades donde el corte electricidad tuvo mayor incidencia fue en Almirante Brown, Presidente Perón, Lomas de Zamora, Esteban Echeverría, José C. Paz, Pilar, Tigre, La Matanza.
Edenor informó pasadas las 19:20 que la empresa había normalizado el suministro al 90% de los clientes afectados por el corte en alta tensión.
