(CABA) El ENRE, ente regulador de la electricidad, eligió el primer día hábil luego del apagón histórico para publicar una megamulta a Edesur. La sanción de $ 219,5 millones es por incumplimientos entre el 1 de marzo de 2017 y el 28 de febrero de 2018.
En la resolución sintetizada 138/2019 publicada en el Boletín Oficial se fijó en primer término tres multas equivalentes a 4.480.500 kilovatios hora (kWh); a 4.822.500 kWh y a 20.377.500 kWh, respectivamente.

Las tres fueron por incumplimientos a lo dispuesto por el Ente respecto de la metodología aplicada en la campaña de reclamos, durante el semestre comprendido entre el 1 de marzo y el 31 de agosto de 2017.
Por los mismos motivos, el ENRE determinó otras tres multas en pesos equivalentes a 2.377.500 kWh; a 7.905.000 kWh y a 13.013.000 kWh, por incumplimientos durante el semestre comprendido entre el 1 de setiembre de 2017 y el 28 de febrero de 2018.
Teniendo en cuenta que a fines de mayo la Secretaría de Energía fijó en $ 4,143 el valor del kilovatio hora, el total de las multas asciende a $ 219.479.568.

Cabe destacar que a dos días del apagón masivo y repentino que dejó por primera vez en la historia sin luz a todo el país, las horas de oscuridad aún no terminaron para muchos. Este martes por la mañana habían más de 32 mil usuarios sin luz en la Ciudad y la provincia de Buenos Aires.
Pasadas las 10 de este martes, la página oficial del ENRE, un total de 32.340 domicilios estaban sin energía eléctrica, 8.458 dependientes de Edenor y 23.882 de Edesur. NR
