(CABA) Un nuevo acto de vandalismo y antisemitismo preocupó a la comunidad judía en Buenos Aires. Ocurrió el viernes, minutos después de las 20, en la sinagoga Mikdash Yosef, ubicada en Bulnes entre Libertador y Callo, en el barrio porteño de Palermo.
De acuerdo al relato de los testigos, una pareja -que ya había sido vista merodeando la zona durante la semana- ingresó corriendo al tempo a los gritos. La mujer vociferó “judíos, se tienen que morir, hay que matarlos”, describieron.

El hombre portaba una navaja y atacó con un vidrio a algunas de las personas que habían participado del Kabbalat Shabat, lo que generó algunas escenas de angustia entre quienes querían huir rápidamente del lugar.
El rabino Uriel Husni, quien intercedió para detener a los atacantes, terminó con cortes en uno de sus brazos por lo que lo tuvieron que saturar. “Nunca pensé que podía pasar algo así, tuve terror, por suerte junto a la seguridad del templo pudimos frenar a estas personas”, aseguró en declaraciones a Vis a Vis, la cadena judía de información.
Un efectivo de seguridad privada utilizó gas pimienta para disuadir a la pareja. Luego llegó personal de la seccional 14 de la Policía de la Ciudad, quienes en sus partes oficiales internos aseguraron que los atacantes eran indigentes que querían permanecer en la puerta del lugar y cuando fueron invitados a retirarse se originaron los incidentes.

La Delegación de Asociaciones Israelitas Argentinas (DAIA) expresó su solidaridad con el rabino y con los feligreses de la sinagoga. “La situación de empobrecimiento de nuestra República provoca, en algunos sectores del colectivo social en situación de marginalidad, la invocación de viejos prejuicios instalados en la sociedad”, reflexionaron en un comunicado firmado por su presidente, Jorge Knoblovits, y su secretario general, Alejandro Zuchowichi.
“Sólo la tarea constante de investigación y de educación nos permitirá transitar este difícil momento en paz y cuidando así a nuestra comunidad, junto a los organismos de gobierno responsables en esta materia”, completó la entidad de representación de la comunidad judía argentina. NR
