(CABA) En el marco del mes internacional de la mujer, se realizó en la Legislatura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires la 1° Jornada “Mujer y Salud” organizada por MACMA (Movimiento Ayuda Cáncer de Mama) con el apoyo de la Legisladora de Vamos Juntos Paula Villalba.

De la jornada, dividida en tres paneles, participaron el reconocido médico oncólogo, Matías Chacón y la abogada María Inés Bianco quienes hablaron sobre los “derechos del paciente”; el segundo panel estuvo a cargo de la psicóloga Claudia Fernández y fue sobre “calidad de vida” y en el tercer y último panel se abordaron “herramientas para estar mejor“, y estuvo integrado por el periodista Pablo Gandino, la profesora de arte Irene Marcet y la cosmiatra Carina Terzian, especialista en estética oncológica.
“El principal objetivo de la jornada que se realizó en el marco del mes internacional de la mujer, es avanzar un paso más en empoderar a las mujeres en temas de salud para que cada una sea protagonista en el cuidado y decisión de su cuerpo”, expresó la Diputada Paula Villalba.

Y agregó: “La jornada fue un encuentro interdisciplinario, con diferentes voces, para interiorizarnos sobre los derechos de los pacientes, pero también para brindarnos las herramientas para tener una mejor calidad de vida, que van desde la importancia del uso de un lenguaje positivo, el cuidado estético, el acompañamiento de un terapéutico y el arte”.
Durante el acto, estuvieron presentes el diputado José Acevedo (presidente de la comisión de Salud), la Dip Lía Rueda y el secretario Parlamentario Carlos Pérez, entre especialistas y profesionales, ante un Salón Dorado colmado. NR
