(PBA) El comercio Coto presentaba irregularidades en el estado, refrigeración y orden de la mercadería. Personal municipal decomisó y desnaturalizó lo incautado en los sectores de carnicería.
El Municipio de Campana lleva a cabo exhaustivas inspecciones en diversos comercios de la ciudad. Como resultado de estas tareas, se secuestró carne del supermercado Coto.
Personal de la Dirección General de Inspección y de la Dirección de Bromatología y Zoonosis, se hizo presente este viernes en el comercio ubicado en Estrada y San Martín para constatar su funcionamiento. Esta acción también se llevó a cabo el jueves en Carrefour.
Además de encontrarse una gran diversidad de irregularidades en materia de seguridad e higiene, se halló en exhibición mercadería que no cumplía con las normas de salubridad indicadas para su comercialización ni con la temperatura adecuada para su refrigeración.
Por ello, personal municipal decomisó la carne en mal estado que luego se desnaturalizó y, mediante este proceso, toda la mercadería dejó de estar apta para el consumo.
De esta manera, las actas elaboradas por las direcciones municipales de Habilitaciones y Permisos y Bromatología y Zoonosis, fueron puestas a disposición del Juzgado de Faltas para que se evalúe de manera autónoma la continuidad de la causa.
