(CABA) La Justicia argentina investiga las 31 llamadas que intercambiaron la ex presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y el ex funcionario Sergio Berni luego de la muerte del fiscal que manejaba la causa AMIA, Alberto Nisman, ocurrida el 18 de enero del 2015.

De acuerdo a las informaciones que se conocieron en las últimas horas, los cruces de llamadas entre Cristina y Berni empezaron dos horas y media después de que se conoció la noticia sobre la muerte del fiscal Nisman. Estas se llevaron a cabo durante toda la noche y hasta que se hizo de día.
Fuentes precisaron que las llamadas entre Cristina y Berni empezaron cerca de las 0:36, es decir, aproximadamente dos horas después de que se encontró el cuerpo de Nisman. Las mismas se extendieron durante más de 12 horas, hasta las 16.07 del día siguiente. Lo que -por ahora- no se dio a conocer es la duración de las mismas, y lo que se cuestiona es cómo fueron obtenidas dichas llamadas.
De acuerdo a Radio Mitre, con base en la información obtenida por el diario Clarín, fueron 8 mensajes de texto y 22 llamadas telefónicas que Berni hizo desde su teléfono celular a los de los secretarios privados de Cristina: Mariano Cabral y Pablo Barreiro, y desde esos números le respondieron a él. Sin embargo, Berni había declarado que solamente llamó dos veces a Cristina en esas horas.
Lo que la Justicia argentina buscará determinar a partir de conocerse este cruce de llamadas entre Cristina y Berni es si hubo algún tipo de operativo para encubrir la muerte de Nisman.

Recordemos que el fiscal fue hallado en circunstancias sospechosas en el baño de su departamento de la Torre Le Parc en Puerto Madero.
Al otro día Nisman debía presentarse ante el Congreso de la Nación para desarrollar su denuncia contra Cristina, a quien acusaba de encubrir el atentado a la AMIA, ocurrido mucho antes de que ella llegara al Poder -el 18 de julio de 1994- pero cuyas consecuencias fueron punto de debate y acción para las relaciones internacionales de la Argentina, a través de los gobiernos que vinieron luego.
Al momento de la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner todavía era presidenta de la Nación, y Sergio Berni -médico militar y abogado- se desempeñaba como secretario de de Seguridad de la Nación Argentina. NR
