Cerca de las 2 de la madrugada, el chofer de un colectivo de la línea 291, ramal Escobar, rozó a una pareja que circulaba en moto sobre Avenida de Mayo, cerca de la estación. Eso fue lo que desencadenó la violencia. Las imágenes fueron compartidas por un testigo a través de TN.
El motociclista, un hombre de 35 años que iba junto a su esposa, intentó hablar con el colectivero para tomarle los datos. Pero el chofer se negó, se bajó de su unidad y empezó a pegarle al motociclista, que a su vez se defendió a las piñas. Su esposa se sumó a la pelea y el colectivero le asestó una trompada.
Después de un cruce de piñas y patadas, el chofer se subió al colectivo y le pasó por encima a la moto con su ómnibus.
