Los aumentos fueron debatidos en audiencia pública en marzo. Y llegan en pleno momento en que, desde la Nación, se impulsa poner paños fríos y congelar los incrementos. Pero desde el Gobierno bonaerense explicaron que “la resolución estaba firmada desde hace dos semanas para ser aplicada después de Semana Santa, para no afectar el movimiento turístico”.
Este lunes, finalmente, en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia salieron publicadas dos resoluciones del Ministerio de Infraestructura y Servicios Públicos bonaerense, que establecen que la suba se aplicará desde la medianoche.

Así, el costo de recorrer la autopista hasta La Plata que administra Aubasa pasará de $ 50 a $ 66, en los horarios de menos tránsito, y de $ 64 a $ 84, en hora pico, que es de 7 a 10 en sentido a Capital y de 17 a 20 hacia Provincia.
Al mismo tiempo, empieza a regir el incremento de los peajes de la Autovía 2 y el corredor vial del Atlántico, que también administra Aubasa. Para justificar el incremento en la autopista hacia La Plata, la empresa presentó un plan de obras para este año que prevé una inversión global de $ 1.000 millones, $ 377 millones más que en 2018. El dinero se destinará a la construcción de la bajada hacia City Bell (que podrían utilizar más de ocho mil automovilistas todos los días) y tareas de repavimentación, que alcanzan a otros caminos que tiene bajo su jurisdicción la compañía con capitales estatales.
