(CABA) La Policía incautó 3,5 toneladas de marihuana en el procedimiento anti-drogas más importante de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. La investigación, que estuvo liderada por el fiscal federal Guillermo Marijuan, permitió desbaratar una peligrosa banda de narcos.
La droga, valuada en más de $30 millones, era transportada un camión con semirremolque y patente brasileña. Durante el operativo, realizado en el barrio de Villa Lugano, se detuvo a 6 personas, cinco de ellas extranjeras.

En el marco del operativo que la Policía de la Ciudad denominó «Duende Verde«, ya que a uno de los detenidos lo apodan «El duende», el cargamento fue descubierto apilado en un vehículo de gran porte en la intersección de las calles Basualdo y Santander.
Los panes de marihuana estaban envueltos con plásticos y restos de tierra colorada y engrasada con el objeto de ocultar su olor.
Durante el procedimiento fueron detenidas cuatro personas de nacionalidad paraguaya, un brasileño -el chofer del camión- y un argentino, a quienes se les secuestró una pistola Browning 9 milímetros y un revólver calibre 32.
Según los investigadores, los narcotraficantes ingresaron a la Argentina por la ciudad de Pasos de los Libres, Corrientes, procedentes de Uruguayana, Brasil. Los detectives argentinos sabían que un cargamento de esa magnitud estaba por ingresar al país, por lo que montaron un seguimiento.

Al momento del secuestro, el camión estaba detenido junto a dos vehículos, un Volkswagen y un Chrevolet Cruze, cuyos ocupantes -se sospecha- custodiaban el cargamento.
Al observar al personal policial, cuatro ocupantes del Bora escaparon, aunque uno de ellos fue detenido a pocas cuadras, otros tres fueron atrapados a bordo del Cruze y los dos restantes en el camión de carga.
Los apresados quedaron a disposición del Juzgado en lo Criminal y Correccional 1 a cargo de María Servini. NR
