La Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT) prohibió la comercialización en todo el país de varios productos alimenticios. Lo hizo a través de la disposición 682/2019, publicada este martes en el Boletín Oficial.
En el listado figuran cinco barras de semillas y cereales de la marca Brisk. Son las que vienen con sabor a frutilla, arándanos, frutos rojos, chocolate y banana. Según la ANMAT, consignan el símbolo de alimento libre de gluten, “sin estar autorizados como tal, resultando estar falsamente rotulados y ser en consecuencia ilegales”.

Además, se prohibió la comercialización de seis alimentos a base de cereales cubiertos con baño de repostería fantasía yogurt light, de la marca Nutrirte. Llevan como nombres de fantasía Energy Bar (sabor original), Bronze Bar (sabor zanahoria), Kids Bar (sabor frutilla), Nutrition Bar (sabor chocolate), Mind Bar (sabor arándanos) y Vitamin Bar (con agregado de vitamina D y fortificado con calcio).
Fueron prohibidos “por carecer de autorizaciones de producto y de establecimiento, por carecer de habilitación municipal, por estar registrados con denominaciones de venta diferentes y correspondientes a otras marcas y por consignar el símbolo de alimento libre de gluten, sin estar autorizados como tal”.

También de la marca Nutrirte, quedan prohibidos dos polvos para preparar sopa instantánea con mix de verduras deshidratadas. Son los rotulados como “sopa light de verduras” y “sopa nutritiva de verduras”.
La prohibición alcanza además a la venta de tres suplementos dietarios de la marca Idraet Nutraceutics, por “carecer de autorizaciones de producto al no estar registrados para dicha marca” y por “consignar el símbolo de alimento libre de gluten, sin estar autorizados como tal”. Tienen como nombre de fantasía “Body Fit Bar Cereales & Yogurt”, “Body Fit Infusión Mega dosis” y “Beauty Bar Cereales & Yogurt“.
