(PBA) La justicia de Morón resolvió que un joven que en 2018 realizó falsas amenazas de bomba en distintos colegios del municipio deberá abonar $60.000, entregar una notebook y un celular de alta gama, y realizar tareas comunitarias en un club barrial.
La decisión lleva la firma de la Jueza Graciela Angriman, a cargo del Juzgado en lo Correccional N°5, en el marco de una causa caratulada “intimidación pública reiterada en tres oportunidades”.

La magistrada, que suspendió el proceso a cambio de esas compensaciones, determinó además que el joven deberá ponerse a disposición de las autoridades de los colegios afectados para realizar cualquier tarea que le sea solicitada “en función de los hechos perpetrados”.
Si el joven cumple con lo establecido y no comete nuevos delitos, será beneficiado con la extinción de la acción penal. En caso que no lo haga, la causa será llevada a juicio.
La inédita resolución busca desalentar futuros episodios y, en los casos donde estos se consuman, lograr el resarcimiento de los costos en los que las distintas administraciones incurren durante los operativos anti-explosivos que este tipo de llamados generan. El municipio de Morón, que se hará acreedor de los $60.000, informó que el año pasado los gastos superaron el medio millón de pesos.
