Estuvo preso durante 11 años, recuperó la libertad, a los cinco días asaltó un garage en el barrio porteño de Almagro y fue detenido por efectivos de la Policía de la Ciudad.
El hombre, que cambiaba sus identidades pero siempre se hacía llamar “Marcelo”, fue capturado en el barrio porteño de Almagro luego que, junto a un cómplice, en la noche del domingo pasado ingresara a un estacionamiento de la avenida Rivadavia al 4300, y a punta de pistola, amenazara de muerte al guardia y le robara dinero en efectivo y una campera.
Fue en esos momentos que oficiales de la Comisaría Vecinal 5 A de la Policía de la Ciudad que realizaban tareas de despliegue territorial en la zona observaron a los dos sujetos salir rápidamente del lugar.
Cuando el personal policial ingresó al garage, fue la víctima quien indicó que esos dos hombres le habían robado sus pertenencias amenazándolo con un arma de fuego.
Ante ello, los oficiales de inmediato irradiaron el alerta y comenzaron a perseguirlos.
Uno de los ladrones fue capturado en avenida Belgrano al 4000, mientras que el segundo fue interceptado por personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 6 B de la Policía de la Ciudad en avenida La Plata al 100.
La Fiscalía Criminal y Correccional N° 56 a cargo del Dr. Orfila dispuso el traslado de los detenidos a la comisaría y el secuestro del arma.
Al momento de realizar los trámites y averiguaciones por reincidencia de ambos apresados, se corroboró que uno de ellos tenía un extenso prontuario en el que se destacaba el robo agravado por uso de arma de fuego, lesiones leves, robo en poblado y piratería del asfalto, entre otros.
“Marcelo”, como se hacía llamar, tenía un historial delictivo que databa del año 1995, cuando fue detenido por una causa de drogas. Años después fue nuevamente encarcelado por numerosos robos y, mientras cumplía su condena, se le imputaron otros delitos, por los que fue sentenciado finalmente a 11 años de prisión.
Tras cumplir la pena, el pasado martes 4 de junio se le otorgó la libertad, derecho que gozó sólo por unos pocos días, apenas cinco, hasta que el último domingo asaltó el garage de la Avenida Rivadavia y otra vez fue detenido.
