El jefe de Gabinete de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Felipe Miguel, aseguró que en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires “no se cierra ni una sola escuela” y que, en cambio, durante la gestión del Jefe de Gobierno, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, se abrirán en total 54 nuevos establecimientos educativos.
“Este es el período de gobierno en el que más escuelas es están abriendo”, explicó Miguel, y agregó: “Muchas de ellas, incluso 30, tienen nivel inicial y muchas de ellas forman parte de polos educativos”.

El Jefe de Gabinete porteño brindó ejemplos como el del Polo Educativo Mujica, en el barrio de Retiro, donde estará “la escuela más grande de toda la Ciudad de Buenos Aires”.
“El Polo María Elena Walsh en el Barrio 31, que va a ir al lado del nuevo Ministerio de Educación; el Polo Lugano, el Polo Mataderos, donde no había nada, estamos construyendo una escuela de nivel inicial, una escuela primaria, una escuela secundaria técnica”, explicó.

En esa línea, el funcionario afirmó que “todo esto lo estamos haciendo porque la educación para nosotros es uno de los ejes fundamentales, porque es lo que le va a garantizar el futuro a los chicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires”.
“Probablemente haya que hacer alguna posible mejora en la comunicación con el sistema educativo y habrá que mejorar en ese sentido, pero acá lo importante es que en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires no se cierra ninguna escuela: nosotros abrimos escuelas”, ratificó Felipe Miguel.
