(CABA) La Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología médica (ANMAT) prohibió la comercialización de dos aceites de oliva y un suplemento dietario.
En el primer caso, la disposición 1924/2018, publicada este lunes en el Boletín Oficial, prohíbe la comercialización del producto “Aceite de oliva extra virgen primera prensada, marca Villa Mazan”, RNP N° 300386, Env.: Marzo 2018, Vto.: Marzo 2020, Tierra extendida al sol de La Rioja”.

También prohíbe la venta del “Aceite de oliva virgen extra, marca FAMIGLIA ANDREOLI, consumir preferentemente antes de/lote N°: marzo 2019, RNPA 12-0005931, elaborado y envasado por RNE 12-000503 para ANDREOLI HNOS. S.R.L., San Martín 314, Piso 2, Departamento A, ciudad de La Rioja”.
Según el organismo se trata de “productos que no pueden ser identificados en forma fehaciente y clara como producidos, elaborados y/o fraccionados en un establecimiento determinado”.

En cuanto al suplemento dietario, la disposición 1932/2018 informa que el producto a base de spirulina y magnesio, spirulina enriquecida con magnesio, de la marca Moots, “se halla en infracción al artículo 3° de la Ley 18284, al artículo 3° del Anexo II del Decreto 2126/71 y a los artículos 6 bis, 155, 1383 y 1383 bis del CAA por carecer de autorización de producto, consignar la leyenda Sin TACC, sin estar autorizado como tal, resultando estar falsamente rotulado y ser en consecuencia ilegal”, justificó la ANMAT.
