Buenos Aires Market, la feria itinerante de alimentos saludables y gourmet, realizará su próxima edición nocturna el viernes 14 y el sábado 15 de diciembre de 17 a 00 horas, en la Plaza Irlanda de Caballito.
Pero no será BA Market en su versión tradicional: será una fecha especial con el acento puesto en las carnes.
Cortes de vaca, de cerdo y achuras, embutidos, hamburguesas, carnes alternativas, sándwiches gourmet, pescados, aves y más opciones serán las estrellas gastronómicas de la noche.
El acceso será por Avenida Gaona y Donato Álvarez, con entrada gratuita.
La feria contará con dos espacios:
Un mercado con coloridos gazebos donde se podrán comprar quesos, panes, aderezos, aceites, bebidas, cereales y semillas, encurtidos, conservas, especias, frutos secos, frutas, verduras, productos de granja, delicatessen, harinas, hongos, infusiones, legumbres, lácteos, mermeladas, dulces, pastelería, plantas aromáticas, snacks saludables y productos aptos para celíacos.
Un patio de comidas donde cocineros y restaurantes reconocidos invitarán a disfrutar de originales platos con la carne como protagonista: diferentes cortes de vaca y de cerdo, achuras, embutidos, hamburguesas, sándwiches gourmet, carnes alternativas, aves, propuestas de mar y más opciones ideales para carnívoros, además de helados, postres, pastelería e infusiones para acompañar.
También habrá un sector dedicado exclusivamente a los niños con entretenimientos variados y estacionamiento para bicicletas.
