(CABA) En sintonía con la iniciativa que impulsó la ministra de Seguridad nacional, Patricia Bullrich, sobre la expulsión de los extranjeros que cometen delitos, el vicejefe de Gobierno porteño, Diego Santilli, afirmó que “el que viene a hacer daño, a matar o a robar no puede estar en nuestro país”.

“Nosotros en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires buscamos la regularización. El no estar regularizado implica que no estás sujeto bajo las normas migratorias de nuestro país, y eso hace que la inmensa mayoría de personas que vienen a nuestro país a radicarse lo puedan hacer dentro de los parámetros legales. El que no lo esté, el que viene a hacer daño, a matar, a robar o no está regularizado, no puede estar en nuestro país”, sentenció Santilli.
Los dichos del vicejefe de Gobierno a cargo del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad porteño se dieron en el marco de la firma de un convenio con la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones. Allí lanzaron la página www.buenosaires.gob.ar/migrantes, donde los extranjeros encontrarán información sobre los trámites de residencia a fin de promover su regularización documentaria.
En la misma línea que Santilli se expresó el director de Migraciones, Horacio García: “Si la justicia determina que estas personas cometieron un delito, tendrán un claro destino, los vamos a expulsar de la Argentina”.
Días atrás el Gobierno había confirmado que elaboró una lista de 1.000 extranjeros que podrían ser expulsados, aunque advirtió que forma parte de “un programa más extenso”.

No fue casual que el Gobierno pusiera al frente del tema a Bullrich, quien había sido la encargada de explicar los pormenores de la implementación de las pistolas Taser. “Ya hay un listado de personas. Es una primera parte de un programa más extenso que será enviado al Congreso. Pero esto (la deportación de 1.000 extranjeros) se va a hacer con la legislación existente”, contó.
Según datos oficiales, en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires la incidencia de los extranjeros en el delito creció el año pasado: en 2017 era del 13%, mientras que en 2018 subió al 17%. Además, Bullrich advirtió que “en el último tiempo, sobre todo en drogas, el aumento del delito en manos de extranjeros es importante, llegando al 20% de detenidos”. NR
