Los reclamos y quejas de los usuarios del ferrocarril Sarmiento durante la mañana del jueves.
Miles de usuarios del ferrocarril Sarmiento padecieron otro día de complicaciones. Durante la primera mañana, el servicio funcionó de manera limitada entre las estaciones Moreno y Liniers, por problemas técnicos en la estación Caballito, y recién a las 8 comenzó a normalizarse.
Las fallas produjeron una situación caótica en la zona de Liniers, ya que las formaciones no llegaban hasta Once, la estación cabecera que une el oeste del conurbano con la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Trenes Argentinos puso a disposición un servicio de colectivos para trasladar a los usuarios desde Liniers, pero la solución no resolvió las complicaciones y demoras generadas por las fallas técnicas.
Es la segunda vez en la semana que el servicio ferroviario registró inconvenientes por problemas en la señalización en la estación Caballito. Ante el desperfecto, los usuarios se debatían entre esperar en la estación Liniers o hacer largas filas para tomar un colectivo.
“Todos los días la misma historia y ahora hay que buscar alternativas, pero ya perdí tiempo y gasto más dinero“, se resignó una de las usuarias del tren Sarmiento ante el canal TN.
