El lugar cuenta con 2400 metros cuadrados de cemento y está preparada para realizar especialidades como el “street” y el “bowl”. En el parque se encuentran dos “ollas”, una más pequeña destinada a los principiantes, y varias superficies para iniciar a los más jóvenes en el skate. Los más avanzados disfrutarán de la llamada “snakebowl”, o de la rampla San Francisco y el espacio reservado al street.
