(CABA) La Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (Anmat) prohibió, en todo el territorio nacional, la comercialización de unas pastillas de chocolate confitado y un orégano deshidratado. Así lo informó en el Boletín Oficial en las disposiciones 4068/2019 y 4069/2019, respectivamente.

Según indicó la administración, el producto «Pastillas de chocolate confitadas coloridas y aromatizadas artificialmente, libre de gluten, marca DISQUETI«, no cumplían con la normativa vigente. «Por carecer de autorización de producto y consignar la leyenda libre de gluten sin estar autorizado como tal, resultaría por tanto ilegal», se explica.
En cuanto al orégano deshidratado, marca «Carrefour selección«, perteneciente al lote número 180713, con vencimiento julio de 2020, la administración estableció que la muestra analizada no cumplía «con el artículo 1226 del Código Alimentario Argentino».

Por lo tanto, procedió a la prohibición de su uso y comercialización por «presentar más del 25% de salvado de trigo coloreado y más del 3% de hojas que no se corresponden con orégano ni con salvado de trigo, como así también elementos histológicos de orégano, trigo y perejil». NR
