Se trata de José Matías Detang, de 19 años, ex alumno del colegio Liceo Franco Argentino Jean Mermoz del barrio porteño de Belgrano, donde estudia la hija más pequeña del presidente.

Según publica Infobae, en el fallo del juez federal Sebastián Ramos también se ordena que Detang asista a cinco clases informativas en la misma escuela, en las que se le explicarán las consecuencias que desató aquel llamado intimidatorio.
La amenaza ocurrió el 29 de junio de 2017. Ese día, una llamada que fue realizada desde el celular que utilizaba Detang alertó al colegio sobre una bomba en los casilleros, lo que llevó a la evacuación inmediata del edificio ubicado en la calle Ramsay 2131.
