(CABA) Cecilia Segura, Presidenta de la Auditoría General de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, participó este miércoles de la Audiencia Pública por el aumento en la tarifa del subte, que se realizó en el Espacio Cultural Adán Buenos Aires. Durante su exposición, la Auditora manifestó que “el aumento de la tarifa no es una política de transporte sino una política de ajuste fiscal. El objetivo que se busca es reducir los subsidios y trasladar el costo a los usuarios. El gobierno tomó esta decisión, pero con la inflación disparada como está no hay tarifazo que alcance. Entonces, se castiga a los usuarios para pagar los errores de la política económica”.

Por otra parte, Segura señaló que “entre 2012 y 2018 las tarifa se ajustaba cada 600 días. Desde agosto del año pasado, el subte ha subido, en promedio, cada 45 días. Es decir, que pasamos a una tarifa que aumenta casi mensualmente. Esto claramente está vinculado con la dinámica de la inflación y vuelve imposible para los usuarios calcular el costo del transporte, que cada vez impacta más en los bolsillos. Estamos pagando una tarifa por kilómetro similar a la de las principales ciudades del mundo. Con los nuevos aumentos, el subte de Buenos Aires es más caro que el de Tokio y Nueva York y apenas más barato que el de París y Madrid, sin embargo, el servicio es pésimo y en nada se parece al de esas ciudades”.

Con respecto al valor de la tarifa técnica, la titular del organismo denunció que “este año el macrismo volvió a bloquear que en la AGCBA se pueda auditar la Tarifa Técnica, que es la base sobre la que se calcula la tarifa al usuario. Tampoco se pudo incluir el plan de trabajo la nueva concesión del servicio de subte, y las obras de la Línea E y del Premetro”.
“Larreta se la pasa hablando Gobierno Abierto, sin embargo sus auditores sistemáticamente impiden que se audite su gestión y restringe el acceso a la información. Como en tantas otras cosas, lo de la transparencia no es más que un slogan publicitario”, finalizó Segura. NR
