(CABA) Un hombre que coordina viajes de estudio a Jujuy que se organizan en forma privada con alumnos de los colegios Nacional Buenos Aires y Carlos Pellegrini fue denunciado penal y públicamente por una joven, quien describió que la abusó sexualmente durante la travesía y en encuentros posteriores en la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
“Todo comenzó en el refugio Alfarcito, cerca de la localidad de Tilcara en la provincia de Jujuy. Estábamos en un fogón, él puso su poncho sobre mí y empezó a abusarme sexualmente frente a todos, yo no pude reaccionar”, contó Emilia Viacava, ex alumna del Nacional Buenos Aires.
Los hechos ocurrieron durante 2008 y, según describe la joven que tenía entonces 16 años, a ese abuso durante el viaje siguieron otros hechos cuando estuvieron de regreso.
“No era una relación. El me decía que nos íbamos a ver para otra cosa, por ejemplo, me decía que íbamos a ir al cine o a juntarnos por estudio porque él tenía un grupos de estudio y después me abusaba”, relató Emilia.

Y continuó: “Recuerdo decirle que yo era virgen, que no había ido con ese propósito y él me decía que él se había dado cuenta y que eso le gustaba. Me citaba en lugares tenebrosos, donde había pornografía infantil, me sacaba fotos, y me agredía físicamente, o sea que además del daño psicológico quedé con secuelas físicas”.
La joven describió que “no sabía cómo salir de la situación, cada encuentro pensaba que iba a ser distinto; me deprimí mucho, durante tres años al menos no pude tener relaciones consentidas, y él me amenazaba para que no hablara”.
“A la depresión siguió la negación -continuó- durante 11 años quise hacer como que eso no pasó, pero no pude. El año pasado, cuando empecé a reconstruir lo que había sucedido, volví a deprimirme, pero a fin de año decidí que tenía que salir a contarlo para que otras chicas no pasen por lo mismo”.
Viacava describió que el hombre, que en ese momento tenía 46 años y que continúa coordinando estos viajes hasta hoy, se presenta como arqueólogo y es “referente de esos viajes” que los padres y alumnos del Nacional Buenos Aires y Carlos Pellegrini contratan directamente con una empresa privada.

La joven realizó dos denuncias penales: una el 1° de abril en la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Violencia Familiar, de Género y Delitos contra la Integridad Sexual en Jujuy y la otra en la ciudad de Buenos Aires (causa 18230/2019) que se encuentra bajo la instrucción de la Fiscalía 55 en lo Criminal y Correccional y radica en el Juzgado Nacional 56.
El caso salió a la superficie a partir de un publicación que Emilia realizó el 15 de abril en las redes sociales: “Hago esta publicación en acuerdo con la fiscal que lleva mi causa, para que cualquier otra víctima de este sujeto en este lugar, pueda hablar y sanar este sufrimiento, esta oscuridad, este vacío que cargué tantos años, porque estoy segura de que no soy la única”.
“Yo intuía que podía haber otras víctimas, pero nunca imaginé lo que se iba a desatar. Desde entonces se han contactado conmigo personas que viajaron con él desde el año 1999, contando abusos en algunos casos, pero también describiendo conductas sexuales de este hombre como zoofilia, o bien situaciones de acoso”, describió la joven.
Y concluyó: “La idea es poder sumar todos estos testimonios a las causas penales que inicié. Pienso en la cantidad de chicas que pueden ser víctimas de este sujeto aquí y en Jujuy. Por ellas, es que hoy me animo a hablar, para que no le pase a nadie más”. NR
