El Servicio Meteorológico emitió un alerta meteorológico para la Ciudad y casi toda la Provincia, donde podría caer granizo. Se hinundaron varios barrios.
“Parte de la zona de cobertura es afectada por lluvias y tormentas aisladas, se espera que las mismas se intensifiquen entre la tarde y la noche de hoy”, indicó el SMN.
“Se prevé que algunas de estas tormentas sean localmente fuertes, acompañadas de ráfagas, intensa actividad eléctrica, ocasional caída de granizo y fundamentalmente abundante caída de agua en cortos períodos y de manera localizada”, añadió.
Como consecuencia de la abundante caída de agua en pocos minutos, se registaron inundaciones en los barrios de Palermo, Villa Lugano, Parque Patricios, La Boca, Villa Crespo y Almagro, entre otros.
La zona sur del Conurbano también se vio muy afectada, sobre todo, Lomas de Zamora, Quilmes y Avellaneda.
A su vez, por la lluvia, las líneas A, B y C de subte tuvieron que interrumpir sus servicios. En el caso de la B, se inundó la estación Federico Lacroza, al igual que la de Constitución.
En la Ciudad de Buenos Aires cayeron 55 milímetros de lluvia hasta las 16 horas. Hubo una tormenta fuerte por la mañana, que duró unos 15 minutos, y por la tarde, hacia las 15.30, hubo una abundante caída de agua en pocos minutos.
El alerta rige, además de la Ciudad y la Provincia de Buenos Aires, para el noroeste, centro y sur de Córdoba, el Sur de Entre Ríos y Santa Fe, y el norte de San Luis.
A su vez, a las 16.30 había más de 33 mil usuarios de Edesur y más de 5 mil de Edenor sin servicio de energía.
