Otra vez la rápida liberación de un motochorro llamó la atención del Presidente. Mauricio Macri utilizó sus redes sociales para cuestionar al juez Gabriel Ghirlanda, quien dispuso la liberación de un delincuente que menos de 24 horas antes había asaltado a una pareja de turistas griegos.
“Un motochorro más liberado en menos de 24 horas después de haber asaltado a una turista y de ser reconocido por otra víctima más. Vuelvo a pedirle a la Justicia que cuide a los ciudadanos y no a los delincuentes“, expresó el Jefe de Estado.
Y agregó: “La Procuración ya dio la instrucción de no liberar motochorros y menos en casos de flagrancia. Necesitamos que actúen pensando en los ciudadanos para que esto no se siga repitiendo“.
El motochorro, de 31 años, junto a dos cómplices sorprendió el domingo cerca de las 18 a los turistas en 9 de Julio y Tucumán, a dos cuadras del Obelisco. Fuentes policiales indicaron que los ladrones golpearon a la mujer, quien cayó al piso, y le robaron su reloj Rolex, tras lo cual huyeron en una moto y en una camioneta negra.
Poco después, dos efectivos de la División Motorizada y la División Avenidas Céntricas de la Policía de la Ciudad lograron apresar a uno de los asaltantes, cuando intentaba escapar por las calles Libertad y Tucumán.
Tras la detención, se presentó una mujer de 34 años, quien reconoció al sospechoso y le dijo a los policías que era el mismo que la había asaltado bajo la misma modalidad el martes de la semana pasada en esa zona.
Semanas atrás, el Procurador General de la Nación, Eduardo Casal, ordenó, en su carácter de jefe de los fiscales nacionales y federales, restringir los casos en los que estos deban autorizar un pedido de suspensión de juicio a prueba (probation).
Ocurrió luego de que Jair Steven Jurado Mora, el motochorro colombiano que le robó el celular a una joven de 18 en Almagro, fuera liberado por la jueza de instrucción Patricia Guichandut tras el pago de 700 pesos.
A ese caso también se había referido Macri. “Las Fuerzas de Seguridad están haciendo su trabajo en la calle pero con una Justicia así no hay policía que alcance”, expresó en esa oportunidad el Presidente.
