(CABA) La imagen ya dio la vuelta al mundo. En Vicolo degli Osti, el artista urbano TVBoy dibujó un mural, al más puro estilo del famoso ‘SuperPope‘, en el que el papa Francisco sostiene sobre sus hombros a un niño, que dibuja con spray un clamor: ‘Stop Abuse‘.

El mural, realizado en técnica mixta sobre pared, quiere -según el artista- “ser un deseo de resolver una cuestión delicada y dolorosa, como la del abuso sexual de menores por parte de los hombres de la Iglesia, que durante mucho tiempo ha sido un tabú y que el Papa Francisco ha empezado a abordar abiertamente dentro y fuera del Vaticano”.
El artista, además del ‘SuperPope’, también dibujó a Francisco escondiéndose de un Guardia Suizo. Estos dos trabajos ya fueron borrados por la Comuna de Roma.
Cabe recordar que el papa de Flores calificó de “instrumentos de satán” a los curas que abusan sexualmente de menores y llamó a los miembros de la institución a emprender una “batalla total” contra el flagelo. NR

L’opera vuole essere un augurio alla risoluzione di una questione delicata e dolorosa, come quella degli abusi sessuali sui minori da parte di uomini della Chiesa, che per troppo tempo è stato un tabù e che Papa Francesco ha iniziato ad affrontare apertamente all’interno e all’esterno del Vaticano. ————————————————————————-

The third mural, at the moment the only one which survived censoring, was placed next to Vicolo degli Osti, portrays Pope Francis holding a child on his shoulders while he writes the phrase: “Stop Abuse”. The work wants to be a wish for the resolution of a delicate and painful question, currently being addressed by the church, which for too long has been a taboo and that Pope Francis has begun to openly address within and outside the Vatican. ————————————————————————-
